Richard has been a Higher Courts Advocate since 2010 and his principle area of practice is now representation of individuals and companies in Crown Courts throughout the country in relation to a wide variety of criminal offences.

He specialises in lengthy and complex proceedings and has undertaken cases lasting up to three months, including matters of significant public interest and the representation of police officers, lawyers and other professionals.

Prior to this Jenny trained as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte where she spent 10 years in the audit department, gaining valuable experience reviewing the accounts and practices of various Companies across the Midlands including Phoenix IT, Lafarge, Aston Villa and MG Rover.  Jenny left Deloitte as a Senior Audit Manager in 2009 to bring up her three children, during which time Jenny became an exam marker and question writer for the Association of Chartered Accountants.

Laura takes a compassionate approach when assisting clients in the most sensitive matters involving children and domestic violence. Laura’s clients range from being the parents of children, grandparents, victims and alleged perpetrators of domestic abuse and even children. Laura is also familiar with assisting clients that have mental health and learning difficulties.

Being accredited by Resolution for Family Lawyers, Laura’s approach to disputes remains non-judgemental and non-confrontational. She believes that it is part of her role to support the parties through whatever difficulties they are facing, and not to make an already difficult matter worse for the parties but more importantly, the children.
