Richard has practised exclusively in Criminal Defence since 1994 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1999.

Richard has been a Higher Courts Advocate since 2010 and his principle area of practice is now representation of individuals and companies in Crown Courts throughout the country in relation to a wide variety of criminal offences.

He specialises in lengthy and complex proceedings and has undertaken cases lasting up to three months, including matters of significant public interest and the representation of police officers, lawyers and other professionals.

Elizabeth specialises in dispute resolution.

She has a particular interest in disputes concerning Wills, Trusts and intestate estates. In 2011 she obtained the “ACTAPS” (the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) Diploma from the College of Law in relation to her work in this area. She is also a member of The Law Society’s Private Client Section of practitioners who specialise in this work.

Kim is a member of the Wills, Trusts and Probate team and became a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) in 2019.

Kim specialises in Will drafting, administering estates and dealing with probate applications, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for both property and financial affairs and health and welfare as well as Court of Protection matters.

Elizabeth Nash

Elizabeth specialises in dispute resolution.

She has a particular interest in disputes concerning Wills, Trusts and intestate estates. In 2011 she obtained the “ACTAPS” (the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) Diploma from the College of Law in relation to her work in this area. She is also a member of The Law Society’s Private Client Section of practitioners who specialise in this work.

Elizabeth’s main areas of expertise include:

She is a strategic thinker, focusing on how to achieve the best settlement for her clients from the outset.

Background Elizabeth read English Literature and Ancient Greek Literature and Language at the University of Manchester before gaining Post Graduate Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice at the University of the West of England. She was a trainee solicitor at TLT Solicitors in her home city of Bristol and qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
